Products in our online store are processed via our online portal only. All credit cards accepted via this website.
Lead Times for orders depend on location of origin and whether they are custom made or ready made stock items. Items that are stocked are delivered within 5-10 working days from time of purchase. We always do our best to make sure items are delivered promptly.
Our online services are Australia-based only. We generally do not ship to overseas. However if you need something shipped internationally please email us at email@example.com to supply you with a quote.
Freight charges are an additional cost to all products. Further charges may apply for heavier deliveries deemed oversize by the freight company. If you feel that delivery may be overpriced for whatever reason we are happy to discuss this further with you.
Once your purchase has left dock, we will send you a confirmation email with details. If you have any concerns while delivery is in transit, your email with have tracking details where you can contact the outsourced carrier direct. It is common that some products may be split in deliveries depending on the product's origin and lead time from different locations. If you are unsure of where or how long your items may take, please always remember to visit the delivery company's website to track your order. If you would rather collect from the carrier's nearest depot, please advise in advance so we can arrange this for you. Ideally right after purchasing, please email us with your order number, and we will call you to discuss nearest pick up depot location.
It is recommended/essential that the customer is at the shipping address within business hours. A delivery may be re-made for the customer and further charges will apply for the second booking.
Refunds are accepted for faulty items only, and will be assessed beforehand by Quality Control.
This can take approximately up to 14 working days via supplier services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
